“Georgia’s Titan 100 are redefining business with vision and purpose, setting new standards for growth, innovation, and impact. These trailblazing leaders inspire transformation across industries, uplift communities, and drive meaningful change. We proudly celebrate their legacy of excellence and unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter future for all,” says Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO.

Dave is a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2020 and a two-time Governor-appointed member of both the Georgia Employment First Council and the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD). He served as president of the Georgia Association of Training Employment, and Supports (GATES) from 2019 to 2023 and remains active in the association. In 2018, he was nominated for the Turknett Leadership Group’s Leadership Character Award.

As President and CEO of Tommy Nobis Center, Dave has built a team of strong leaders and innovative thinkers. Under his leadership, the Early Youth Employment Services (EYES) program was established, along with The Academy—an Accelerated Vocational Training Program—and an annual cultural awards program that honors staff members who embody the corporate values.

Dave has contributed to the government fulfillment growth, also known as Nobis Enterprises from 13 to 23 states. Nobis Enterprises, an AbilityOne services provider, uses government contracting to create training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This division has achieved year-over-year revenue growth, generating over $6 million in contract revenue in 2024.

Demonstrating his strong belief that good organizations and leaders play offense, Dave spearheaded the $12.5M campaign and the acquisition of Tommy Nobis Center’s new Atlanta facility, strategically positioning the organization to better serve the metro area and reach a larger community of underserved adults with disabilities.

“Leaders are only as strong as the team that surrounds them,” said Dave Ward. “This award is a reflection of the collective efforts of my amazing team at Tommy Nobis Center. I am truly honored to lead such an inspiring group.”

Dave Ward will be honored at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration on May 8th, 2025, held at the Delta Flight Museum. The 68,000-square-foot Delta Flight Museum has allowed visitors from around the world to explore aviation history, celebrate the story and people of Delta, and discover the future of flight. This elegant, cocktail-style awards event will unite 100 Titans of Industry for an unforgettable evening of celebration, camaraderie, and networking—an evening unlike anything that exists in the Georgia business community.
