Marietta, GA, June 1, 2023 – Tommy Nobis Center (TNC), a Marietta-based nonprofit that helps individuals with disabilities enter or return to employment, was recently named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation for the fourth consecutive year. The award presented by the National Association for Business Resources scores potential winners based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.

“We are incredibly honored and grateful to once again receive this recognition,” says President & CEO, Dave Ward. “I am extremely proud of our team and how they continue to step forward year after year to pursue our mission in new and innovative ways.”

“Given today’s need for talent, retention of talent, and the further issues related to the pandemic, these companies have proven they are superior to market conditions. They are elite thinkers, and this honor demonstrates their commitment to excellence,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.
