For the past quarter century, Shamika has been a dedicated janitorial professional serving at Dobbins Air Reserve Base. Each day, she is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of five buildings, ensuring restrooms are sanitized, floors are vacuumed and swept, and every assigned area is maintained to the highest standards.

Shamika’s commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and professionalism have earned consistent praise from customers and building occupants. She takes tremendous pride in her work and continually goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
