The team evaluates on-the-job behaviors and physical capabilities either at Tommy Nobis Center or in a community-based setting.
The participant performs actual work on a variety of tasks to determine work stamina, vocational interests and aptitudes, ability to get along with coworkers and supervisors and motivation to work.
The program participant then meets with a counselor and the Tommy Nobis Center program manager. Based on the results of the work evaluation, the team recommends future services to help the participant become job ready.
Our Work Evaluation services test each of our participants in a variety of hands-on tasks to gauge his or her physical capabilities and interests. To learn more about our Work Evaluation program or to schedule an appointment, call us at 770-427-9000 or fill out our online contact form.
